About The Position

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to bring campaigns to life across everything we make. You'll own the production of your deliverables, but you'll never be designing in a vacuum. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our developers, media strategists, and brand visibility team to turn ideas into work that gets noticed.
As a full-service marketing agency, we keep things varied. One week you might be building out a website and a set of social ads; the next you're designing a truck wrap, an email campaign, and a direct mail piece. You'll always know what's on your plate and when it's due, and we run on clear briefs and real deadlines rather than guesswork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• A portfolio is required. Please include a link or samples with your application
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva (must-haves)
• Comfortable designing for both digital and print

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Figma and/or Sketch
• Agency background across multiple clients and formats
• Social Media Video editing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design across a wide range of formats: websites, display ads, social ads, and email graphics
• Create brand assets from the ground up, including logos and vehicle/truck wraps
• Produce print work such as direct mail and print ads
• Collaborate closely with developers, media strategists, and the brand visibility team to keep work on-brand and on-strategy
• Take projects from brief to final production, managing your deliverables to deadline
• Bring your own creative point of view to the table, because we hire specialists for their taste, not just their hands
