Requirements

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Solid understanding of the print production process
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with project management and task coordination
At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience

Responsibilities

Develop designs based on art direction and project objectives
Collaborate with ministries to achieve design and promotional goals
Work closely with the Communications team on cross-functional projects
Partner with the Communications Director and Creative Director for project alignment
Coordinate with the Art Team to produce print and digital graphics
Work with Production, Video, and Social teams to create on-screen and online visuals
Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables
Manage timelines and ensure projects meet deadlines
Design illustrations, layouts, and graphics using creative software tools
Create a wide range of print and digital assets
Adapt designs for various platforms and mediums
Develop mock-ups for client approval
Implement revisions and deliver final designs to the ministry
Build and maintain relationships with print vendors
Prepare print-ready files and assets for production
Create web-ready images optimized for online platforms
Reformat and update existing artwork to meet project specifications
