About The Position

You'll explore all aspects of a customer's experience, establishing a complete understanding of their needs and preferences through a variety of tools and techniques, including extensive market research, ethnographic research, and usability, translating research into actionable user insights for clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies. In this role, you’ll work closely with the product manager on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an agile team, you’ll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia production, video production, or graphic design
  • Experience designing and producing training content, instructional materials, or learning media for government, defense, or enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of producing video content end-to-end, from pre-production planning through filming, editing, and final delivery
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality outputs with minimal oversight in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UX and UI design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of web design or content management platforms
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media, Film, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
