Your role is all about creating captivating digital marketing materials and animations. Your designs will have a direct impact on our marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience.
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar.
• Skilled in AI tools: Midjourney / Stable diffusion, etc.
• Experience creating motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing projects.
• Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines.
• Fluency in English (B2 and above).

Nice To Haves

• Multilingual, especially in Russian.
• Experience in VR projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials, including e-mail compaignes, banners, social media graphics, promotional assets.
• Design and produce motion graphics to support digital campaigns, new product features, and storytelling efforts.
• Sometimes produce designs for events: print materials, merch, stage/booth design etc
• Understand target audience needs and behaviours, translating insights into compelling and user-friendly design solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create designs that adapt to different platforms and ensure optimal user experiences across diverse marketing channels.
• Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials, adhering to established design guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas into marketing materials to enhance overall visual appeal.
