About The Position

Communication & Design (C&D) is a specialty practice within HUB, comprising writers, designers, consultants, project managers, and web/app developers who create multi-channel campaigns for print, digital, and web. Their primary focus is Employee Benefit Communications, aiming to engage employees and simplify benefits information. The team is seeking an experienced graphic designer to contribute fresh, inclusive, and fun designs, updating existing materials to align with client brand guidelines and creating original designs. The role requires balancing artistic skills with client expectations in a collaborative environment that values humor, creativity, and individuality.

Requirements

• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
• Ability to interpret and uphold clients’ visual brand guidelines for multiple clients.
• Ability to flow seamlessly from project to project, always bringing an adept sense of design and refined attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to compose clear and concise correspondence.
• Bachelor (of Art/Science) Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• At least two years of graphic design experience in a professional environment.
• Fast and accurate hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic proficiency in WordPress.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite).
• High-speed, dependable internet is a must.

Responsibilities

• Edit and update existing materials to meet clients' brand guidelines.
• Create original designs.
• Interpret and uphold clients' visual brand guidelines for multiple clients.
• Produce and deliver work on time and on brand, working within design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Manage client assets.
• Develop, organize, and maintain client folders within a shared network.
• Navigate multiple projects for multiple clients.
