About The Position

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the execution of high‑quality creative across digital, print, social, and packaging deliverables. This role is designed for a designer who not only creates strong work, but understands the realities of production and takes ownership of delivering polished, on‑time, production‑ready assets. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings a strong technical foundation, and approaches design with a hands‑on, solutions‑first mindset. This is an active, execution‑driven role, requiring attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to push work across the finish line.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a design or production role
• Strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite required
• Deep understanding of production processes (print, digital, packaging)
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency
• Ability to move quickly without compromising quality
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

• agency experience is a plus
• experience with Figma is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality design across digital, social, print, and packaging
• Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready assets
• Prepare files for production with precision and attention to detail
• Adapt and scale concepts across multiple formats and channels
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Strategists, and Production teams
• Manage timelines and deliverables with a strong sense of accountability
• Contribute to a culture of speed, quality, and creative ambition
