We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging visual content across multiple channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, illustrations, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual solutions. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance design workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, CRM, Content, and Operations, to understand project objectives and creative requirements.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual assets that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other communication channels.
  • Produce visual content that strengthens brand awareness and supports business objectives.
  • Build upon existing social media toolkits while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, drafts, and creative ideas to stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver high-quality final designs.
  • Review all creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality before publishing or production.
  • Select appropriate layouts, typography, colors, and visual elements for each project.
  • Test and optimize graphics across different platforms and media formats.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in creative brainstorming sessions to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
