About The Position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and work under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions on time.
• Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
• Prepare and deliver files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
