About The Position

Join a growing Commercial Real Estate team. The Providence Group is a leading retail commercial real estate brokerage representing national and regional retailers across the Southeast. Our Raleigh office is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, creative professional to join our team in a unique role that combines graphic design with office operations. Working directly with Partner Reagan Crabtree, you'll play an essential role in producing high-quality marketing materials while helping keep our office running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you. This position is approximately 80% Graphic Design & Marketing Production and 20% Office Management & Administrative Support. You'll create polished, client-facing marketing materials while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Raleigh office.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience using Adobe InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Raleigh, NC

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
  • Experience within Architecture, Engineering or Construction (AEC)
  • Experience supporting a professional services team
  • Familiarity with CoStar, CREXI or LoopNet
  • Canva experience

Responsibilities

  • Design professional tour books, site flyers and market surveys using Adobe InDesign
  • Produce pitch decks and proposal presentations
  • Create marketing materials that align with The Providence Group's brand standards
  • Maintain the Raleigh office's marketing asset library
  • Design graphics for social media and corporate communications
  • Upload and maintain property listings on platforms including CoStar, CREXI and LoopNet
  • Collaborate with our Charlotte design team on larger marketing projects
  • Keep the Raleigh office organised and running efficiently
  • Order office supplies and coordinate vendors when needed
  • Maintain deal files and important transaction documents
  • Assist with correspondence for senior brokers
  • Coordinate documentation with attorneys, title companies and other transaction partners
  • Track critical deadlines and support transaction administration
