We are looking for a marketing designer to join us on an 18-month contract, covering a parental leave on our creative team. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Creative, you'll support and collaborate on the visual execution across our four core channels: Paid Media, Email and Retention marketing, website and organic social; ensuring we’re telling cohesive visual stories across all of our touch points. This role sits right where brand meets performance. We need someone who can make an ad that converts and feels like us, who understands that in social commerce the line between "brand content" and "selling" has basically disappeared and that the best-performing creative is usually the stuff that feels native, human, culturally relevant, and a little unexpected.
