About The Position

We are looking for a marketing designer to join us on an 18-month contract, covering a parental leave on our creative team. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Creative, you'll support and collaborate on the visual execution across our four core channels: Paid Media, Email and Retention marketing, website and organic social; ensuring we’re telling cohesive visual stories across all of our touch points. This role sits right where brand meets performance. We need someone who can make an ad that converts and feels like us, who understands that in social commerce the line between "brand content" and "selling" has basically disappeared and that the best-performing creative is usually the stuff that feels native, human, culturally relevant, and a little unexpected.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of design experience, with real depth in performance and marketing creative for DTC or ecommerce brands.
  • A portfolio that shows both conversion-driving social and paid work, and a strong eye for brand
  • Genuine fluency in how brand and commerce blend on social today you follow the platforms, you get the formats
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; comfort with motion graphics or animation is a big plus
  • A self-starter who moves fast, takes feedback well, and prefers shipping to over-polishing

Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing creative for paid across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google — statics, motion, and collaborating with the video team on short-form content built to test fast and scale what works
  • Create social-commerce-native content: TikTok Shop assets, creator-adjacent and UGC-style edits, built to turn discovery into purchase
  • Partner with our email specialist to design weekly campaign emails, product launch sends, and community placements. While supporting A/B testing initiatives by designing creative variants that help identify what drives opens, clicks, and purchases.
  • Design and maintain web assets including banners, icons, PDPs, and landing pages that enhance user experience, support campaign goals and seasonal priorities while keeping the brand consistent and considered across every placement.
  • Create engaging, conversion-focused landing pages that drive user interaction and purchases.
  • Be a guardian of the brand across every touchpoint making sure the same cohesiveness, playfulness and consideration shows up whether it's a paid ad, an email, a PDP, or an organic post.
  • Partner with our growth, creative, social, and product teams to take ideas from concept to live quickly
  • Use performance data (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to sharpen creative decisions and iterate quickly on what’s working.
  • Support packaging, print, and the occasional retail asset as needed
