As a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator for Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate marketing initiatives that strengthen PCL's brand and business relationships. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Understands brand best practices and applications.
Understands the importance of creating marketing strategies.
Working knowledge of data analytics.
Understands all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media.
Ability to plan and execute a small event.
Working skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Adobe Premier and video editing experience is a plus.

Co-op/Intern experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support business development, proposal and marketing initiatives.
Create and coordinate social media content, newsletters, advertisements, and award submissions.
Assist with project photography, videos, and marketing collateral.
Assist in coordinating company events and community outreach programs.
Maintain marketing databases, project information, and brand assets.
Collaborate with project teams to capture stories that showcase our people, projects and culture.
Help develop content that highlights Nordic PCL's commitment to quality, innovation, sustainability and community stewardship.
