As a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator for Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate marketing initiatives that strengthen PCL's brand and business relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Understands brand best practices and applications.
  • Understands the importance of creating marketing strategies.
  • Working knowledge of data analytics.
  • Understands all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media.
  • Ability to plan and execute a small event.
  • Working skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Adobe Premier and video editing experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Co-op/Intern experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development, proposal and marketing initiatives.
  • Create and coordinate social media content, newsletters, advertisements, and award submissions.
  • Assist with project photography, videos, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain marketing databases, project information, and brand assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to capture stories that showcase our people, projects and culture.
  • Help develop content that highlights Nordic PCL's commitment to quality, innovation, sustainability and community stewardship.
