About The Position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer (Junior) to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-learning or healthcare setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and effective designs for online courses, marketing materials, and website
• Develop visual concepts and layouts for new training courses and updates to existing courses
• Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance the learning experience for our users
• Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs
