About The Position

VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play online social games. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Diversification team in the United States and are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team. In this role, you will create high-impact, data-driven marketing and in-game visual assets, spanning game launches, promotions, CRM, and social to drive engagement across a brand-new game.

Requirements

4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including hands-on experience within the mobile gaming industry across a variety of visual art styles.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, combined with experience using AI tools (such as image, video, or web apps) throughout the concepting and early asset creation phases.
Proven ability to manually refine, polish, and fine-tune AI-generated visual assets into final, high-quality production deliverables.
A solid understanding of performance marketing, CRM lifecycle strategies, and data-informed creative testing.
Excellent portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital, marketing, and gaming visual creative.
Strong adaptability and communication skills, with a passion for gaming and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment across global time zones.

Responsibilities

Produce and optimize high-performing marketing assets for game launches, promotions, sales, CRM campaigns and user acquisition.
Utilize AI tools alongside traditional design software to concept, generate, and polish rich visual imagery and illustrations without a separate illustrator.
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to build cohesive, branded in-game visual assets and CRM experiences.
Leverage performance data and analytics to iterate on creative directions and continuously improve campaign outcomes.
