About The Position

Lightspeed is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house Brand & Creative team. We are looking for a creative contributor who thrives in the "doing", someone who can take a concept and build it out into a world-class visual experience. This position is about elevating the brand through high-output execution, ensuring that our global identity remains consistent, sharp, and high-impact across every market we touch. Reporting to the Managing Art Director, Brand, you will be a key driver for multi-channel initiatives. This is a role for a designer who loves the craft of production and has the technical discipline to manage the intermediary space between a brief and a final, pixel-perfect product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design roles, with a proven track record in digital-first, high-output environments.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional technical execution, sharp typography, sophisticated layout skills, and attention to detail.
  • A "Maker" Mentality: You find satisfaction in the production process and understand that beautiful design must deliver on business performance.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: you are comfortable working within established design systems and templates.
  • Operational Independence: You manage deadlines, thrive under the pace of a global tech company, and know how to prioritize a busy queue.
  • Detail Obsession: You catch the small things that others miss, ensuring every file is technically sound and visually aligned.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A “yes-and” mindset with the ability to take feedback and iterate.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of cross-platform projects, ensuring creative excellence and strict brand consistency across all global channels.
  • Act as the daily steward of our visual identity, upholding systems and standards in collaboration with designers and brand leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing managers, content writers, and product marketers to translate strategic objectives into high-performing visual assets.
  • Design, adapt, and produce high-quality digital (and print) assets, including integrated campaigns, sales enablement tools, social media, and landing pages.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect outputs while maintaining organized, scalable design files (Figma/Adobe) that the whole team can rely on.
  • Stay current on design technologies and trends to keep our execution fresh and competitive.
  • Act as a creative resource and quality-check for junior designers, ensuring the team's output remains at a "good to great" standard.
  • Independently manage your workflows and timelines, collaborating with project managers to optimize delivery without sacrificing quality.

  • Lightspeed share scheme (we are all owners)
  • Unlimited paid time off policy
  • Flexible working policy
  • Health insurance
  • Health and wellness benefit of $500 per year
  • Paid leave and assistance for new parents
