About The Position

AXS is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join their Carbonhouse team in Charlotte, NC. This role will support the creative department by assisting in the efficient management and execution of various design-related tasks for internal and client-based work.

Requirements

AA/AS Degree (2-year) (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
1+ years experience of graphic design, internship, freelance experience or equivalent college degree
Competency in Figma.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Ability to multi-task different projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner.
Excellent skills in typography, branding and layout.

Responsibilities

Assist creative department with assembling, uploading and organizing design assets.
Mock up assets for digital templates.
Design a variety of digital assets for social media and web.
Assist web designers in working with clients on their website design and may take on their own client design projects as needed.
Prepare print and branding collateral, as needed.
Prepare Email Templates.
