About The Position

The Graphic Design Intern will assist with the creative efforts for REV Entertainment, the official sports and entertainment company of the Texas Rangers. This position will support the Marketing & Communications team in developing engaging visual content that promotes events, enhances brand awareness, and drives engagement and attendance across REV Entertainment properties. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about sports, entertainment, and event marketing.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and live events.

Nice To Haves

  • College graduate with a degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print mediums.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or Adobe After Effects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials for REV Entertainment events and properties, including digital graphics, social media assets, email creative, signage, print collateral, presentations, and more.
  • Create and edit graphics that align with established brand standards across multiple properties and event brands.
  • Assist with photo editing, image selection, and content organization for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and other departments to fulfill creative requests and meet project deadlines.
  • Traffic and organize creative projects, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and brand resources.
  • Attend select events to support creative needs on-site.
  • Work regular in-person office hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Work nights, weekends, and minor holidays as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
