About The Position

The Graphic Content Specialist is responsible for contributing creative ideas, managing individual creative processes from brainstorming to delivery, and ensuring smooth communication with internal clients and external vendors. This role involves utilizing in-house production equipment, scheduling and posting print content, and staying updated on industry trends and technology. The specialist will also maintain project management system details, collaborate with team members to meet deadlines, and manage creative files. A key aspect of the role is embodying the company culture and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to continuously maneuver around office area and throughout the Casino property.
  • Ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and complies with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
  • Follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute new ideas and offer reasonable feedback as a member of the creative roundtable.
  • Own individual creative processes for each project from brainstorming to on-time delivery.
  • Work with internal clients and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and exchange of designs.
  • Utilize in-house production equipment, including large-format printers.
  • Schedule and post print content throughout the Resort.
  • Stay on top of trends and technology related to design, photo editing, production, and software.
  • Maintain up-to-date details in the project management system for all open projects.
  • Work closely with Brand Manager and Production & Traffic Specialist, as well as clients, to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain creative files, samples, and back-up copies of all internal and externally produced pieces.
  • Present oneself as a credit to Harrah’s Oklahoma and embrace the company culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
