About The Position

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for a wide range of promotional products, including but not limited to Shirts, hats, drinkware, pens, bags, and other custom merchandise. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and engaging targeted audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically working on promotional products, either in an agency or an in-house design department.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and innovative promotional product designs.
  • Knowledge of printing processes, color theory, typography, and design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and print-ready artwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and objectives for promotional product designs.
  • Develop creative concepts and design mock-ups for various promotional products based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Create eye-catching and attractive designs that effectively communicate the desired message while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Utilize industry-standard software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and manipulate graphics, illustrations, and typography.
  • Select appropriate color schemes, imagery, and typography to create visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Prepare final designs for production, considering print specifications, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of promotional product designs.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers or vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of designs on promotional products.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the final product matches the approved design and meets the required standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
