About The Position

This is responsible technical work coordinating and monitoring affordable housing grants and other governmental, public and private grant programs to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for the employing jurisdiction.

Requirements

• Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in business administration, public administration or a closely related field, and a minimum of three years experience in affordable housing grants management administration; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
• Must meet established medical and physical standards for the class of work.
• Appointees must bear the cost of the medical examination.
