About The Position

The Dauphin County Human Services Director's Office is seeking a full-time Grants Management Analyst to provide analysis, administrative management, and contract monitoring for grant-funded programs. This role ensures the effective and appropriate use of grant resources for programs serving the homeless population, those at risk of homelessness, early childhood, and other emerging grants. The analyst is responsible for collecting, reviewing, approving, and maintaining all pre-contractual sub-recipient/vendor documentation required by governmental bodies. They will also lead planning and execution of sub-recipient/vendor monitoring for grants such as ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant) and HAP (Homeless Assistance Program), and may perform case management functions related to these grants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the field of human services.
• Three to five years of experience in a Human Services field involving supervision, and/or management, and/or quality assurance, and/or delivery of services responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and positive driving record at the time of hire.
• Favorable criminal background check, child abuse and FBI clearances.
• Favorable references.
• Proof of a valid Pennsylvania driver's license within 60 days from the date of hire (or alternative identification if driving is not an essential function and eligibility for PA license is an issue).

Nice To Haves

• Contract monitoring experience preferred.
