The Dauphin County Human Services Director's Office is seeking a full-time Grants Management Analyst to provide analysis, administrative management, and contract monitoring for grant-funded programs. This role ensures the effective and appropriate use of grant resources for programs serving the homeless population, those at risk of homelessness, early childhood, and other emerging grants. The analyst is responsible for collecting, reviewing, approving, and maintaining all pre-contractual sub-recipient/vendor documentation required by governmental bodies. They will also lead planning and execution of sub-recipient/vendor monitoring for grants such as ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant) and HAP (Homeless Assistance Program), and may perform case management functions related to these grants.
