About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Grants Coordinator to join our Resilience and Emergency Management Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Portland, OR. Your Role Collect and analyze technical, grant, and project data; perform computations; prepare tabulations, graphs, technical studies, reports, and supporting documentation. Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage correspondence with stakeholders, and assist with advising stakeholders on grant, program, policy, and regulatory requirements. Review, track, and maintain grant applications, project requests, reimbursement submissions, reporting documents, and grant information within systems of record while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Support grant administration activities, including grant writing, monitoring program activities, developing cost estimates, reconciling costs, and preparing funding reimbursement documentation. Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of grants- and project-related documents, and prepare letters and other materials for approval. Assist with project planning, site assessments, fee proposal development, scope-of-work preparation, and specification development. Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical communications, and provide technical writing support for grant and project initiatives. Support project coordination and document control efforts by maintaining databases, tracking project submittals, managing project logs, and organizing project records.

Requirements

  • 0-2 Years of professional experience in a related technical field.
  • Completion of Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience developing technical writings and reports.
