About The Position

The Grant System Coordinator is responsible for the overall performance of Coordinated Entry throughout the House Idaho Collaborative (HIC). This role provides leadership and quality assurance to each Access Point, ensures compliance with HUD requirements, and oversees grant administration and management. The ideal candidate will have excellent program management skills, experience with community planning and partnership building, and a passion for improving housing stability across Idaho. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in homelessness assistance, with proficiency in Housing First principles and Coordinated Entry Systems
• Strong program management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with community planning, partnership building, and data systems (e.g. HMIS)
• Ability to travel (20% of the time)
• Ability to conduct training sessions on complex topics
• Effective communication and stakeholder relations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Access Point activities statewide
• Oversee Access Points draws and monthly expenses
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Facilitate regular Access Point meetings
• Provide orientation and training for new Access Points
• Produce and distribute CE user manuals
• Assist and instruct users on data collection
• Serve as the technical expert for the CE system
• Promote and enforce system integrity
• Conduct regular CE satisfaction surveys
• Produce and present quarterly and annual reports
• Evaluate individual AP performance
• Ensure CE policies and procedures are compliant with HUD requirements
• Revise policies and procedures
• Provide training on policy and procedure updates
• Conduct presentations statewide
• Ensure the CE system is well understood and utilized by partners
• Serve as the community outreach team lead
• Maintain and build partner relationships
• Oversee planning and implementation of new statewide programs
• Identify and collaborate with affected groups
• Plan and track project life cycle and deadlines
• Other job duties as assigned
