The Grant Program Facilitator is a casual, as-needed position responsible for providing leadership and supervision to girls ages 5–17 in assigned geographic areas, including under-resourced communities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality program experiences in afterschool and community center settings. Facilitators implement and deliver programs aligned with the goals and objectives of Girl Scouts of North East Ohio (GSNEO) and in compliance with specific grant requirements. In addition to program delivery, facilitators are responsible for maintaining accurate records and submitting required documentation to track and evaluate program outcomes. These programs are designed to introduce, support, and enhance Girl Scout troop and group activities, helping to extend and sustain girl membership throughout the council area. Grant Program Facilitators play a vital role in ensuring girls receive meaningful, enriching experiences that reflect the mission and values of the Girl Scouts.
