The Grant Manager role ensures all grant lifecycle activities are coordinated, on track, and clearly communicated—from award through closeout—while program teams and program administrators remain responsible for service delivery and performance. The person in this role uses their expert project management skills and broad understanding of Mary’s Place programs, goals and processes to schedule, track, and drive the fulfillment of all grant-related deliverables and provide expertise in the interpretation of and adherence to funder requirements and administrative guidelines. The Grant Manager actively engages in Mary’s Place racial equity work – striving for equitable outcomes and taking responsibility for creating, maintaining, and affirming communities for people of color, immigrants, and refugees, trans and gender-non-conforming people, and other populations who routinely encounter systemic oppressions. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position that reports to the Associate Director of Grants and does not supervise other staff. It is based in Seattle, WA. The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000 per year, DOE.
