About The Position

Based full-time at CSU Spur in Denver, the Grant Manager and Clinician provides trauma-informed clinical services in English and Spanish, coordinates grant-funded activities and builds community partnerships to expand access to care. This position ensures implementation of the Caring for Denver grant, increases outreach capacity, strengthens referral pathways, and supports long-term sustainability of trauma-informed services in the Denver metro area.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in HDFS, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Working toward professional licensure in Colorado
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and child/family systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and cultural contexts
  • Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills
  • Successful completion of required background checks (Colorado Trails, CBU/FBI, and Sterling Volunteers)

Nice To Haves

  • Licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
  • Experience providing clinical services to bilingual/immigrant families
  • Prior experience conducting trauma assessments
  • Training or certification in TF-CBT, MATCH, AF-CBT
  • Experience working with grants, data tracking, or reporting
  • AAMFT Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate
  • Experience in community outreach or systems-level collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Provides trauma-informed clinical services in English and Spanish.
  • Coordinates grant-funded activities.

  • Conducts clinical assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and trauma-informed recommendations.
  • Determines client readiness for services.
  • Prioritizes outreach and community engagement aligned with grant deliverables.
  • Tracks grant metrics, coordinates reporting, and maintains compliance.
  • Recommends modifications to outreach, training, and engagement strategies.
  • Supervises 1–3 master’s and/or bachelor level interns or trainees (as assigned).
