Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- Professional demeaner and customer service friendly.
- Bilingual ability to speak and read in English.
- Must have strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish speaking highly desired
- Experience in workforce development, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
- Experience working with CRM systems highly desired.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Direct customers to appropriate services in person and by phone
- Schedule meetings
- Data entry
- Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed
