The Grants Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management, compliance, reporting, and monitoring of all grant-funded activities across the organization. This role ensures compliance with federal, state/local, corporate, and foundation grant requirements while supporting strong fiscal stewardship and operational excellence. The Grants Finance Manager works collaboratively with Finance, Development, Payroll, Human Resources, and Program teams to ensure grant funds are properly administered, expenditures are allowable, and reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.
