About The Position

The St. Christopher's Hospital for Children Grant Early Childhood Service Coordinator is a full-time position that is responsible to coordinate early Intervention and early childhood services and supports to families, infants, and toddlers with disabilities as well as at-risk children to maximize the child’s developmental potential. Early Intervention Service Coordination involves the planning and delivery of services founded on a partnership between families and early intervention personnel and other developmental and behavioral support services. Schedules must be flexible to meet the needs of families who are working or unavailable during traditional hours. The focus is meeting the unique needs of the child, addressing the concerns and priorities of each family, and building on family and community resources.

Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
