We’re looking for a creative, organized, and relationship-driven professional to lead grant initiatives that support innovative programs — including the future development of Black Water Acres, our 150-acre inclusive farm and vocational training initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of grant writing/fundraising experience OR Associate’s degree + 5 years of Human Services experience
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Research and develop compelling grant proposals
• Build relationships with foundations, agencies, and community partners
• Track grant submissions, reporting, and compliance
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic funding opportunities
• Support agency events, community outreach, and development initiatives
