About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative and driven Full-Time, Exempt, Grant Coordinator to support the successful implementation of innovative grant-funded initiatives that strengthen behavioral health services and improve outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to coordinate projects from planning through implementation while ensuring compliance with grant requirements and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and time management skills.
  • An excellent communicator with strong writing, proofreading, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and comfortable interpreting data and research findings.
  • Skilled at building relationships and collaborating across departments and with community partners.
  • Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about improving behavioral health services and supporting mission-driven work.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 1 year of experience in project management and/or development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the field of behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and administration of assigned grant-funded projects.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to manage project timelines, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and practice guidelines that support grant initiatives.
  • Lead or support project teams to ensure goals, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support service development, regulatory compliance, and organizational decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, facilitate communication among project teams, and foster collaboration with community partners.
  • Monitor grant activities, support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives, and assist with budget tracking in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Help identify new funding opportunities and support grant development efforts.
