About The Position

The Grant Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and integration of the 988 grant requirements. They will handle the day-to-day operations, planning and implementing, grant projects and events. Monitoring timelines, facilitating communications among crisis response partners, cultural and craft consultants. Organizing development activities and assisting with quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, in management, healthcare management, or social work OR five (5) years of project management experience/administrative support in lieu of education.
• At least two (2) years of experience with Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, Co-Occurring Disorders, and Crisis Intervention.
• Intermediate proficiency with planning concepts and processes including but not limited to program planning.
• Willing and able to travel to conferences and training sessions, and program events outside of the M-F 8-5 hours.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
• Acceptance, understanding, and openness to those that are from a different culture, religion, sexual orientation and identity.
• A high level of personal integrity, ethics and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Osage, and other Native American Culture, languages, and history.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation.
• CPR certified or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• HIPAA and Privacy Act trained.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• A high level of problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible in nature and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to remain calm under pressure in stressful situations.
• Ability to work with both children and adults.
• Must be able to always maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles.
