About The Position
Do something different every day as you work with our grain department and their many services. This is an hourly, full-time position. The salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours plus train loading incentives and may vary. The position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus. - Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs

Responsibilities
- Load and unload grain products
- Assist in operating grain elevators
- Build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Monitor and maintain grain quality
- Assist with loading trains
- May help at other locations in the area
- Operate equipment
- Obtain certifications as you grow in this role
