This hourly, full-time position offers a salary range estimated based on potential overtime hours plus train loading incentives and may vary. The position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus. Responsibilities
- Load and unload grain products
- Assist in operating grain elevators
- Build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Monitor and maintain grain quality
- Assist with loading trains
- May help at other locations in the area
- Operate equipment and obtain certifications as you grow in this role
