About The Position

The Grain Millwright will help with the grain in the fall and outside of harvest, will work with other millwrights on projects and problem solving at any/all of our locations, which will ultimately result in outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Grain grading license required
• Welding skills
• Ability to work long hours under stressful conditions
• Must be able to routinely meet deadlines
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Self-starter
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong communicator, both paper and over the phone
• Ability to deal with team members and customers

Nice To Haves

• CDL Endorsement a plus

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld and build transitions
• Work with a crane, rigging and signals
• Read blueprints
• Understand the flow of grain
