About The Position

Country Visions Cooperative is hiring a full-time Grain Handler for its Random Lake and Cedar Grove locations in Wisconsin. The cooperative is agriculture-based, focuses on service and long-term relationships, and traces its roots to 1923. The position receives customer grain, loads grain trucks and railcars, operates grain dryers, and performs routine maintenance on trucks and grain-handling equipment. It also involves regular customer and team communication and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The position is scheduled for first shift, Monday through Friday. Additional hours are worked during peak harvest season, including some weekends. A Class A CDL is preferred but not required; the cooperative offers 100% reimbursement for obtaining one.

Requirements

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Ability to shovel and sweep.

• Class A CDL; it is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive grain from customers and load grain trucks and railcars year-round.
• Operate grain dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance on trucks and grain-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and work with customers and other team members daily.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
