About The Position

Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Woden, IA is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a full-time Grain Facility Location Operator. This operating position involves overseeing the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The role also includes monitoring grain quality, operating equipment, maintaining facilities and equipment, and assisting the agronomy department during peak season. The position requires exemplary attendance and a proactive, professional, and positive attitude.

Requirements

• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces and elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Able to work in conditions such as heat and cold.
• Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain.
• Ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step of grain operations.
• Monitoring grain quality.
• Operating equipment.
• Maintaining grain facilities and equipment.
• Assisting the agronomy department during the agronomy season.
• Demonstrating exemplary attendance and a proactive attitude.
