Grain Elevator Operator - 2nd shift

We welcome Military Veterans and Reservists to join our team and build a rewarding career with us. This job will be 2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm, M-F with ample overtime, including weekends. The duties of this hands-on job will include grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain; monitoring stored grain condition; and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members. Grain Elevator Operators will be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
- Available to work overtime and weekends
- Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain
- Monitoring stored grain condition
- Maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment
- Cross-training to perform a variety of tasks
