About The Position

The Grain Elevator Operator role is a hands-on position responsible for the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain. This role involves monitoring the condition of stored grain and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Operators will be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Available to work overtime and weekends
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
