About The Position

This role involves receiving, shipping, handling, and monitoring grain. The employee will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and housekeeping tasks as necessary to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Able to follow directions.
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant direction.
• Must submit to a drug test and background check (subject to applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations).
• Employment is contingent upon passing pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Receives, locates, and transfers materials accurately and in a timely manner.
• Loads and unloads materials onto and from a variety of containers including but not limited to trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish task.
• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
