Requirements

Experience and/or education in daily grain operations.
Experience with CPI’s accounting systems.
Experience with final settlement accounting of grain sales transactions including freight.
Experience with unsettled outbound grain reports.
Experience reconciling off the farm grain and balancing of the on-line transactions to the accounting system.
Solid mathematical aptitude.
Ability to work well with others or independently.
Adaptability to change.
Strong business mindset.
Adherence to safety policies.
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of High School or GED and one to three years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Perform daily grain operations using CPI’s accounting systems.
Handle final settlement accounting of grain sales transactions including freight.
Manage unsettled outbound grain reports.
Reconcile off-the-farm grain and balance on-line transactions to the accounting system.
Prepare month-end and year-end grain reports.
Assist in providing reports for audits.
Review and settle grain freight.
