About The Position

A Grafana SME is a Principal Observability Analytics and Visualization Engineer responsible for converting monitoring, telemetry, and incident data into dashboards, KPIs, service-health views, and executive insights. In a modern NOC, this role becomes the primary owner of the "single pane of glass" experience that operators, engineers, and leadership use to understand the health of the enterprise.

Requirements

• Experience in observability, AIOps, event correlation, monitoring, automation, analytics, and enterprise IT operations, preferably within large-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge on how these tools interconnect to other platforms, how to size the connection pipes between systems and maintain the hardware or services that support them.
• Demonstrated success in similar observability or NOC environments.
• Strong foundational skills in monitoring, operations, network engineering, systems engineering, or observability.
• Ability to quickly learn and become productive on the target platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with related platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, Datadog, ServiceNow Event Management, SolarWinds, Prometheus, or Open Telemetry is desirable.
