About The Position

The Graduate Student Worker will support staff in the implementation of the Pathfinders and Challenger student success programs. Responsibilities include assisting with workshop and event coordination, student outreach and engagement, program communications, data collection and tracking, and other administrative and programmatic activities. The Graduate Student Worker will work collaboratively with program staff to support student success initiatives and enhance the academic, personal, and professional development of program participants.

Requirements

• Must be a current graduate student at Baylor University
• Minimum 8 hours per week commitment
• Availability between 8am and 5pm
