About The Position
The Graduate Student Assistant works with the Center for Instructional Technology (CIT) staff to provide support for the campus-wide instructional technologies used at The University of Alabama.
Requirements
- Current University of Alabama graduate student with a completed undergraduate degree.
- Cannot be a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Graduate Research Assistant while working in this position.
- Ability to learn to use complex instructional technology programs.
- Ability to communicate well with faculty, staff, and students.
- Excellent research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent reporting and professional communication skills.
- Must be a University of Alabama graduate student.
- Must include Fall class schedule (or expected schedule).
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching with a learning management system such as Blackboard.
- Ability to work more than one semester.
