The mission of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is to enhance, support, and promote postdoctoral training at the university through coordinated programming and services. This role involves assisting with the research, development, and evaluation of a leadership development program for postdoctoral scholars. The position requires collaboration in developing resources, creating program applications, reviewing participants, and scheduling/delivering the program. Additionally, it involves researching and developing Canvas course content for asynchronous delivery of web resources and materials, and using data collection processes to maintain program files and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
