About The Position
The College of IST is seeking applicants for a part-time job of Graduate Research Assistant in hybrid human-AI systems. This role is part of a larger NSF-funded project focused on hybrid human-AI technologies for healthy information ecosystems. The successful candidate will lead work to study, design, and develop these systems. Tasks may include literature review and project ideation, technical implementation of proposed solutions, human subjects research, and paper-writing.
Requirements
- Current PhD student in Informatics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Expertise and interest in socio-technical questions.
Responsibilities
- Lead work to study, design, and develop hybrid human-AI systems.
- Conduct literature review and project ideation.
- Perform technical implementation of proposed solutions.
- Engage in human subjects research.
- Contribute to paper-writing.
