The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator position within Enrollment Services. The University of St. Thomas embraces belonging and equal opportunity for all. Our convictions of dignity, diversity and personal attention call us to embody and champion an inclusive environment. The University is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (EEO). All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, status as a protected veteran, or other protected characteristic. This commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity is consistent with our mission: Inspired by Catholic intellectual tradition, the University of St. Thomas educates students to be morally responsible leaders who think critically, act wisely, and work skillfully to advance the common good. A successful candidate will possess a commitment to the ideals of this mission. The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for cultivating early-stage relationships with prospective graduate students and ensuring timely, personalized communication to two key lead groups: Enrollment Prospects – individuals who have not yet engaged (e.g., purchased lists, event rosters, name buys). Inquiries – individuals who have taken an action to express interest (RFI, event attendance, calling, emailing, web chat, etc.). This role focuses specifically on lead nurturing prior to the application stage. As students progress toward the application stage, the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a seamless handoff to the appropriate Graduate Recruiter or Assistant Director for deeper, program-specific engagement while supporting coordinated communication across the student journey. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruiting & Admissions, the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator manages top of funnel communication strategies, acts as a resource for student workers executing call/text/email campaigns, and helps ensure the University’s communications reflect current trends in graduate enrollment behavior.
