About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join their two-year Graduate GROW Programme. This program supports the transition from student to professional, integrating graduates into client work and real projects from day one. The program allows for a unique journey shaped by the chosen specialization and project variety. Graduates will build technical expertise through client engagements and project work, while business acumen and professional skills will be developed through cohort training. While there are no formal rotations, graduates are encouraged to seek opportunities to broaden their experience. As a project manager, you will work within a diverse team, gain a deep understanding of Arcadis' sectors, build client and colleague relationships, and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, liaising with clients, resolving issues, identifying risks, and coordinating with contractors, with ample opportunity for skill development.

Requirements

  • Graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026.
  • At least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.

Nice To Haves

  • BSc or MSc Construction or Engineering related degree such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management.
  • Candidates from a non-accredited background who show particular interest in our industry.
  • Courses such as Law, Management and Business related degrees are welcome to apply and be considered.
  • Aspirations to become chartered and professionally recognised through a number of International Organisations ie RICS, APM.

  • Helping to monitor budgets and track progress.

  • Implementing timely resolution to issues.
  • Identifying risks in the delivery.
