About The Position

We are seeking the next generation of change-makers and enquiring minds to join us in Engineering a Better Society. At Elliott Wood, we believe engineering can do more than solve technical problems; it can improve the places we live, work, and connect, while helping address some of the biggest challenges facing people and our planet. We are engineers and built environment professionals driven by the idea of 'Better,' inspiring clients and organizations to think differently about their spaces, focusing on the benefit they bring to people and the planet. As an Elliott Wood Graduate, you will work on diverse and exciting projects, from art installations and community spaces to award-winning buildings and masterplans, alongside experienced professionals. We are a B Corp Certified practice committed to high standards of social and environmental performance, backing our ambitions with action through initiatives like the Structural Carbon Tool and our collaborative workspace. We challenge the status quo by asking difficult questions about the society we want to live in, addressing the climate emergency, and defining our engineering legacy, using our ETHICS framework (Energy, Technology, Health, Infrastructure, Culture, and Sustainability) to rethink engineering and the built environment.
