About The Position

The Graduate Program of Stellantis (GPS) is a flagship early career program designed to accelerate emerging talent graduates into future leaders across functions, countries, and brands.   • Participate in four targeted, project-based assignments across Manufacturing, Control Tower & Field Quality, Launch, Customer Experience, and Technical Safety Regulatory & Compliance (TSRC) (Phase 2).
  • Expand experience across functions, teams, projects, and operational contexts (Phase 2).
  • Advance into a long-term role within Stellantis equipped with diverse experiences and prepared for increased responsibility and career growth (Phase 3).
