D4 Orthopedics is a 24-bed inpatient unit – that primarily cares for adults who have undergone total hip, knee, or shoulder replacements. Other patient populations include stable trauma patients, joint revisions, and fractures. Requirements

Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
2 Years Relevant Experience
Diploma/ADN + BSN in 5 years
Upcoming Graduates may apply
Graduation from a state-approved nursing educational program
Registered (or planning to register) to take the State Board licensing exam
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
